Here, you will find encouragement and hope by building relationships with other site members, having opportunities to connect and join in on workshops and events, sharing thoughts and ideas on home decorating, and strengthening your faith with group bible studies. About Jen
I’m Jen Niemczura – founder of Sundrop and Pearls, wife of 18 years, mom to three amazing kids, daughter, Christian, breast cancer survivor, and encourager of women navigating the highs and lows of life. Currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education (with a Literacy concentration and a minor in Psychology) from Gardner-Webb University, I’ve always had a heart for nurturing growth – in children, in families, and now, in women. I also run The Tutor Place, a tutoring business dedicated to helping kids succeed. But Sundrop and Pearls was born from something deeper. In June 2024, I underwent a double mastectomy after a breast cancer diagnosis. Less than a year later, in April 2025, I lost my beloved mother to a recurrence of the same disease. These experiences changed me forever – but they also sparked a calling: to create a space where women could be seen, heard, and feel supported, encouraged, and inspired. Sundrop and Pearls is all about women encouraging women. Through honest stories of motherhood, marriage, grief, survival, and faith, this space is here to remind you that you are not alone. Every tear, every triumph, every “I can’t do this” moment – they matter. And they shine when shared. Welcome to a community of strength, grace, and real-life beauty. Let’s walk this journey together.
